SHIPPING POLICY

Please contact us if you have any queries at all regarding our shipping. 

  • We are based in Northern Ireland so ship with VAT paid to  Republic of Ireland  and other EU countries

  • Northern Ireland has remained in the EU single market for goods and customs union - we ship to the EU just like before Brexit.

  • We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible 

  • We endeavour to post all items within 24-hours of receipt of the order 

  • When this is not possible, we will let our customers know direct

  • Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the UK and EU. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country.

  • Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside the EU. If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they’re aware that they’ll need to cover this before you order

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country if necessary

  • THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT!!
    Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’. 
    It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing.
    If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, King of Watersports cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

  • Kingofwatersports.com reserves the right to refuse any order and will advise the potential purchaser in reasonable time.

  • In exceptional circumstances we may have to contact you if a destination evokes additional charges.​

  • Due to the constant rotation of our stock, some items may currently be on backorder and as such delivery can be delayed by up to 7 days. If this is the case, please feel free to call us for further information.

  • Our standard couriers are DPDLocal, Royal Mail and Parcelforce .

  • All orders are shipped for within 3 to 4 days delivery Monday – Friday (depending on stock). If no-one is home a courier will leave details of the next delivery attempt and contact number of the local depot. If you would like your order to be “left safe” on your property should no one be home, please specify details in the comments as you check out.
